PROGRAM:
Produce an addition to emulate cottage style spaces while securing the unobstructed views to the north of the Morro Bay National Estuary. Height constraints dictate the additional spaces be semi-subterranean below portions of the existing residence.
COMPLETED PROJECT
With the close co-ordination of exterior details and continual owner input the final project not only blends well with its bayside environs, but also established a warm and welcoming presence on a sensitive and intimate scale.
